This is the most important rule affecting withdrawals on Arai33. The rule is simple but strictly enforced:

  • Name Must Match — The name on your withdrawal bank account or e-wallet must exactly match the registered name on your Arai33 account (NAMA ID).
  • Mismatch = No Processing — If the bank account name (nama akaun bank) does not match the registered account name, the withdrawal request will not be processed.
  • Personal Accounts Only — You may only withdraw to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name. Third-party, shared, joint or company accounts are not accepted.
  • Check Before Requesting — Verify that your bank details are accurate before submitting. Contact support through Live Chat if you need to update your registered bank information.

How to Make a Withdrawal

Follow these steps to submit a withdrawal request on Arai33.

Conditions That Affect Withdrawals

Several conditions may affect whether your withdrawal can be processed immediately or requires additional review.

Turnover

Active Bonus Turnover

If you have an active bonus, the associated turnover requirement must be fully completed before the bonus-related balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. VIP Bonus Winover

Max Cap

Bonus Withdrawal Caps

Many promotions carry a maximum withdrawal cap — expressed as a percentage of the bonus or a fixed RM amount. Winnings exceeding the cap are forfeited after withdrawal. Review the specific promotion terms on the Bonus Terms page before claiming.

Standard Account Review

All withdrawal requests are subject to standard review. New accounts, first withdrawals, irregular betting patterns or flagged activity may trigger additional review steps. This is part of normal platform operation.

Common Reasons for Withdrawal Delays

If your withdrawal is pending or has not been processed, one or more of the following may apply:

  • Bank name does not match registered ID — The most common reason. Ensure NAMA ID = nama akaun bank.
  • Bonus turnover not completed — Check if you have an active bonus with pending turnover. The associated balance is locked until turnover is fulfilled.
  • Account verification incomplete — Identification documents or bank verification may be pending. Check Live Chat for status.
  • Third-party or company account used — Only personal bank accounts registered in your own name are accepted.
  • Minimum RM50 not met — Your withdrawable balance must be at least RM50.
  • Prohibited features used during bonus play — Using Buy Free Spin, Save Free Spin or Save Angpao while a bonus is active may trigger credit forfeiture, reducing your withdrawable balance.
  • Multi-account detection — Accounts flagged under the 1 User = 1 ID rule may have withdrawals suspended pending review.
  • Gateway or bank-side delays — Occasional delays may occur due to bank processing, gateway maintenance or weekend/public holiday schedules.

Withdrawal Limits

The Arai33 platform does not impose a fixed maximum withdrawal cap on standard (non-bonus) balances. However, the following conditions apply:

  • Minimum Withdrawal — RM50 per request.
  • No Fixed Maximum Cap — Standard withdrawals do not carry a hard daily or weekly cap on non-bonus balances. Larger amounts may be subject to additional verification or processed in batches.
  • Bonus Withdrawal Caps Still Apply — Winnings derived from bonus play are subject to the specific promotion's maximum withdrawal cap. These caps are listed per promotion on the Bonus Terms page.
  • Operational Review — The platform reserves the right to review and process large withdrawal requests through enhanced verification. This is a standard compliance measure, not a payout cap.

Commission & Rebate Withdrawals

Earnings from the Weekly Commission (5%) and Daily Rolling Rebate programmes have their own withdrawal conditions:

Commission is credited every Monday from 12:00 PM Malaysia time. Commission earnings are based on eligible downline losses in the slot category, capped at RM3,000 per cycle. Withdrawal of commission balance follows standard withdrawal rules (RM50 min, name match, verification).

Rebate

Daily Rolling Rebate

Rebate is available daily from 12:00 AM Malaysia time. The rebate carries a x3 turnover requirement before withdrawal. Rates: 0.3% for live casino and sportsbook turnover, 0.1% for slots, capped at RM999 per day. See Bonus Terms for full details.

2-Day

2-Day Win & Lose Rebate

The 2-Day Win & Lose Rebate is released from 12:00 AM daily and applies to slot activity only. Lose rebate is calculated at 3% per day for 2 days, while win rebate is calculated at 0.1% per day for 2 days. The rebate carries x3 rollover, has a maximum withdrawal of RM1,888, and requires account credit to be RM0 before claiming. Live games, table games, fishing games, Buy Free, Save Free and Save Angpao features are not eligible.

Game Credit Forfeiture & Violations

The platform reserves the right to review, restrict or forfeit game credit, bonus credit and associated balances — including pending withdrawal amounts — if serious account, bonus or payment rule violations are detected:

  • Multi-account abuse — Creating or operating duplicate accounts under the 1 User = 1 ID rule.
  • Bank name mismatch — Using bank accounts not registered in your own name.
  • Bonus abuse — Low-risk turnover patterns, collusion, self-referral, fake downline or any conduct designed solely to extract bonus value.
  • Prohibited features — Using Buy Free Spin, Save Free Spin or Save Angpao during active bonus play.
