Arai33 Terms & Conditions
The platform rules covering eligibility, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, commission, rebate and prohibited activities for adult Malaysian users on Arai33. Last updated 30 April 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Arai33 platform, including the official website, member account, all gaming categories, payment functions, promotions, commission programme and rebate programme. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or claiming any bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register or use the platform. The Terms work alongside the Privacy Policy, Bonus Terms, Disclaimer and Responsible Gambling page, all of which form part of your platform agreement.
2. Eligibility
To register and use the Arai33 platform, you must meet all of the following:
- Minimum Age — 21 years or above. The platform is strictly intended for adult users.
- Legal Capacity — Be legally able to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- Jurisdiction Awareness — Be responsible for verifying that online gaming participation is lawful in your jurisdiction. Laws and regulations may vary by location, and you participate at your own discretion.
- Accurate Information — Register only with truthful, current personal information matching your government-issued identification and bank account.
- Not Restricted — Not be self-excluded, suspended or banned from the platform under a previous account.
The platform reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility rules may be suspended or closed without notice, and any associated balance, bonus or game credit may be forfeited.
3. Account Registration & 1 User = 1 ID Rule
Each individual is permitted one (1) Arai33 account. The "1 User = 1 ID" rule is a core platform policy and applies across all gaming categories, promotions, commission programmes and rebate programmes.
- Single Account per Person — One account per individual. Shared device, IP address, household or payment patterns may be reviewed where duplicate-account or bonus-abuse activity is suspected.
- No Duplicate Registrations — Creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, email, bank account or device is strictly prohibited.
- Accurate Registration Details — Name, date of birth, phone number, bank account name and email must match your real identity and your bank records.
- Account Ownership — Your account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, lend or share account access with any third party.
Accounts found in breach of the 1 User = 1 ID rule may have all duplicate accounts closed, all balances and game credit forfeited, all bonus claims reversed, and the primary account suspended pending review.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your Arai33 login credentials confidential. The platform will never request your full password or one-time verification codes through Live Chat, email, Telegram or social media. Genuine support staff will not ask for these details.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without permission, contact the support team immediately through the Contact Us page. The platform is not liable for losses resulting from credentials shared with third parties or weak password practices.
5. Bank Account & Withdrawal Name-Matching Rule
This is one of the most important platform rules and applies to every withdrawal request on Arai33.
- Name Match Mandatory — The name on your withdrawal bank account or e-wallet must exactly match the registered name on your Arai33 account.
- Mismatch = No Processing — If the bank account name does not match the registered ID, the withdrawal request will not be processed.
- One Bank Account Owner — You may only deposit from and withdraw to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in your own name. Third-party or shared accounts are not accepted.
- Verification May Be Required — The platform may request supporting documents (identification, bank statement, e-wallet screenshot) to confirm name matching before withdrawal release.

6. Deposits
Deposits to your Arai33 account must be made through supported payment channels in your own name. Deposit minimums vary by channel — selected gateway routes (Majestic Pay, OnemPay, PayNow) support deposits from RM1, while ATM and online transfer routes start at RM5.
Deposits are credited after gateway confirmation, typically within seconds for instant channels. Any disputed or reversed deposit may result in account suspension pending review. The platform is not liable for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider or any third-party payment processor.
7. Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum Withdrawal — RM50 per withdrawal request.
- Name Matching — Bank account or e-wallet name must match registered Arai33 account name (Section 5).
- Bonus Turnover — Active bonuses must complete the relevant turnover requirement before associated balances are eligible for withdrawal. See Bonus Terms.
- Review Window — Each withdrawal request is subject to verification review. Processing time may vary based on the volume of requests, document checks and gateway response.
- Verification Documents — The platform may request identity, address or bank verification documents at any point during the withdrawal review.
8. Bonuses & Promotions
The Arai33 platform features welcome bonuses, daily bonuses, weekend reload, top-up rewards, weekly commission, daily rebate and other ongoing campaigns. Each bonus carries its own eligibility, turnover, validity and withdrawal conditions, listed on the Bonus Terms page. Active offers are listed on the Promotion page.
By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-account bonus claiming, low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to fulfil turnover, collusion and inconsistent betting behaviour — may result in bonus reversal, balance forfeiture and account suspension.
9. Affiliate & Commission Programme
The Arai33 Affiliate & Commission programme rewards members for introducing eligible new players to the platform. The headline structure is as follows:
- Commission Rate — 5% weekly commission, calculated on eligible downline activity.
- Claim Schedule — Commission may be claimed every Monday from 12:00 PM (Malaysia time).
- Eligibility — Downline players must be new, real members who comply with the 1 User = 1 ID rule.
- Maximum Cap — Subject to a per-cycle maximum and platform anti-abuse review.
- Prohibited Conduct — Self-referral, fake referrals, multi-account referrals and any form of artificial downline are strictly prohibited.

10. Rebate Programme
The platform offers a daily rebate as ongoing value for active members. The headline structure is as follows:
- Daily Rebate — Up to 6% rebate, calculated on eligible turnover from the previous day.
- Claim Schedule — Daily, claimable from 12:00 AM (Malaysia time).
- Game Eligibility — Specific game categories (slots, live casino, sports, 4D, fishing, fast games) carry their own contribution rates as listed in the Bonus Terms page.
- Turnover Requirement — Rebate amount, once claimed, may carry a turnover requirement before withdrawal.
- One Claim per Cycle — Each member may claim once per applicable cycle. Missed claims do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
Specific rebate percentages, eligible games and contribution rates may be adjusted from time to time and are governed by the live values shown on the platform at the moment of claim.
11. Prohibited Activities & Game Credit Forfeiture
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Arai33 platform. Any account found in breach may have game credit, bonus credit and account balance forfeited, with the account suspended or permanently closed.
Multiple or Duplicate Accounts
Creating, operating or coordinating more than one account per person, household, device, IP or payment route — in violation of the 1 User = 1 ID rule.
Bonus & Promotion Abuse
Claiming bonuses through fake accounts, low-risk turnover-only patterns, collusive arrangements or any conduct designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine play.
False Information & Identity Fraud
Registering with false personal details, using another person's identity, using bank accounts not registered in your own name, or providing forged verification documents.
Collusion & Match-Fixing Behaviour
Coordinating play with other accounts to manipulate game outcomes, drain bonus pools, build artificial referrals or manipulate leaderboard positions.
Chargebacks & Payment Fraud
Initiating chargebacks on legitimate deposits, using stolen payment instruments, or submitting fraudulent deposit slips.
Automation, Bots & Exploits
Using automated software, bots, scripts, exploits or any tool intended to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other members.
Where a violation is identified, the platform reserves the right to forfeit any game credit, bonus, ongoing rebate or commission balance associated with the account, reverse related winnings and report relevant activity to payment partners or authorities where appropriate.
12. Game Outcomes & Provider Systems
All game outcomes are determined by the systems of independent game providers, including but not limited to JILI, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, JDB, CQ9, Habanero, Spadegaming, Allbet, Evolution, SBOBET, IBCbet, M8BET and HUAWEI95. Arai33 displays third-party gaming integrity testing references including bmm Certified and iTech Labs as part of its transparency profile.
Game results recorded on the platform represent the final outcome of each round. In the event of a confirmed technical malfunction, the affected round may be voided and any related stake or payout reversed in line with provider rules.
13. Suspension & Termination
The platform reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account where it identifies suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, breach of the 1 User = 1 ID rule, suspected identity misuse, payment abuse, regulatory necessity or any conduct that could harm other members or platform integrity. Members may also request account closure at any time through the support team.
Following closure, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to a verified bank account in the registered member's name, subject to outstanding turnover requirements and verification checks.
14. Intellectual Property
The Arai33 brand, website design, logo, page structure, graphics and content are the property of the platform operator. Game content displayed on the platform belongs to the relevant game providers. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute or use any content for commercial purposes without written permission.
15. Limitation of Liability
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we apply commercially reasonable practices to operate, secure and maintain the platform, Arai33 is not liable for losses arising from third-party service interruptions, internet connectivity issues, force majeure events, member-side errors, gambling-related decisions or any indirect, consequential or incidental loss arising from your use of the platform. Online gaming should be approached as entertainment, not as a source of income.
16. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in platform features, payment partners, regulatory considerations, bonus structures or operational practices. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acknowledgement of the revised Terms.
