Arai33 Bonus Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

• Age Requirement — All promotions are available to adult users aged 21 and above only.
• 1 User = 1 ID — Each member is permitted one account. Duplicate accounts, shared payment details, repeated device patterns or shared IP patterns may be reviewed where bonus abuse, multi-account claims or artificial referral activity is suspected.
• Market — Promotions are designed for Malaysian players unless explicitly stated otherwise. Eligibility may vary by region, account status and verification level.
• Verification (KYC) — The platform may request identity verification documents before releasing withdrawal associated with any bonus. Bank account name must match registered Arai33 account name.

Claiming Rules

• Zero Credit Before Claim — Most bonuses require your account balance to be RM0 (credit kosong) before you can claim. Check each promotion's specific terms.
• One Claim per Cycle — Unless stated as "unlimited", each bonus may be claimed once per applicable cycle (daily, weekly, per deposit, or one-time).
• Sequential Bonuses — Welcome bonuses (1st, 2nd, 3rd) must be claimed in order. You cannot skip to a later-stage bonus.
• Bonus Deduction on Withdrawal — For most deposit-match bonuses, the bonus amount is deducted from the withdrawal. You withdraw winnings above the bonus, not the bonus itself.
• No Stacking — Bonuses cannot be combined with other active bonuses unless explicitly permitted by the specific promotion.

Turnover (Wagering) Rules

• Turnover Defined — Turnover (also called "rollover" or "winover") is the total amount you must wager before the bonus-associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• Calculation — Turnover is calculated as (deposit + bonus) × turnover multiplier, unless the specific promotion states a different formula.
• Game Eligibility — Unless stated otherwise, most bonuses apply to All Slot Games only. Live games, table games, sports betting, 4D lottery and fishing games are generally not eligible for bonus turnover unless the promotion explicitly includes them.
• Excluded Actions — Buy Free Spin, Save Free Spin and Save Angpao features are not permitted while a bonus is active. Using these features may void the bonus and associated winnings.

Withdrawal & Forfeiture

• Min Withdrawal — RM50 minimum for all withdrawal requests, subject to turnover completion and account verification.
• Bank Name Matching — Withdrawal bank account or e-wallet name must exactly match the registered Arai33 account name. Mismatched names will not be processed. See Terms & Conditions Section 5.

• Max Withdrawal Caps — Many promotions carry a maximum withdrawal cap expressed as a percentage of the bonus or a fixed RM amount. Winnings exceeding the cap are forfeited.
• Violation = Forfeiture — Any violation of bonus terms — including multi-account abuse, excluded game play, turnover manipulation, collusion, or use of prohibited features — may result in the forfeiture of all game credit, bonus credit and associated balance.
• Platform Discretion — Arai33 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. The platform also reserves the right to review, reverse or void any bonus claim or associated winnings where abuse or irregular activity is detected.

VIP Terms & Conditions

• Tier Upgrade Bonus — Automatically credited when cumulative deposit reaches the tier threshold.
• Birthday Bonus — Must be claimed through Live Chat support. Available once per year on the member's registered birthday.
• Turnover for VIP Bonuses — VIP tier upgrade and birthday bonuses require x3 winover (wagering) before withdrawal is eligible.
• No Stacking — VIP bonuses cannot be combined with other active bonuses.
• Monthly Maintenance — Members must maintain a minimum cumulative deposit of RM500 or above per month to retain VIP tier status. Maintenance credit is applied automatically.
• Tier Review — The platform reserves the right to review and adjust VIP tier status based on account activity and compliance with platform rules.

• Slot Games — Eligible for most bonuses including Welcome, Daily, Weekend, Unlimited, Top Up Free, Fight Back, X3 Resit, Referral bonuses and VIP rewards.
• Live Casino & Sportsbook — Generally not eligible for deposit-match bonuses. However, the Daily Rolling Rebate applies at 0.3% for live casino and sportsbook turnover.

• Fishing Games — Generally not eligible for bonus turnover.
• Event Games — Eligible for Free 365 Days RM5, Free Share Bonus RM10 and selected promotional campaigns.
